The Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a friendly and courteous individual to join our team as a Food Service Worker I. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering meals to patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all necessary items are included.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with meal assembly and delivery, following established procedures and protocols.
- Communicate patient concerns and education needs with managers and clinical dietitians.
- Complete all assigned tasks on the duty list checklist on a daily basis and report any uncompleted tasks to the supervisor.
- Follow floor stock sheets and par levels, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
