Mohegan Lake Veterinary Hospital is a full service, two doctor general practice in the Hudson Valley region of New York. We are seeking an experienced and polished Client Care Coordinator to compliment our team.
Our mission is twofold: To deliver world-class care to pets and transform vet med's culture of burnout into a happier, healthier place. The Client Care Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our clients, our adorable patients, and is the face of the practice. You will work closely with our dedicated clinical staff and be a capable ambassador for the organization to the public, our clients, and to the professional community.

What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and patients, deliver best in class customer service and make sure all client questions are answered in an informative and friendly manner
- Communicate and collaborate with staff regarding patient care and client questions
- Document communications and conversations
- Maintain common areas
- Perform intake/discharge duties
- General administrative duties
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Fill/dispense medications per doctor's orders
- Manage the appointment schedule
- Receive payments for services rendered
What We'd Like:
- Someone with at one year of experience in a veterinary customer service setting preferred
- A candidate with highly evolved written/verbal communication skills
- Someone that is comfortable around all types of animals – primarily dogs and cats
- A person who is exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail
- Someone with the ability to adapt and work well in a busy environment
- A passion for animals
