Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with a solid background in commercial and industrial construction to join our team. This vital role involves preparing accurate, detailed project bids and ensuring the successful execution of various commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative projects while collaborating with a team dedicated to excellence.
Qualifications :
- Required Experience : At least one year of estimating experience with a General Contractor in the commercial construction sector, with a preference for experience in industrial and commercial buildings.
- Essential Skills : Proficiency in PlanSwift, Procore, Primavera P6, BuildingConnected, and Sage 300.
- Experience Level : A minimum of six years of estimating experience, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
