Controller Opportunity
A highly respected healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic Controller to lead its financial operations and drive process improvements. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role will oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Public Accounting (Audit) experience required
- Strong background in Budgeting, financial close, and reconciliations
- Expertise in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with prepaid accounts and financial reporting
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with LAWSON Accounting Software is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial close processes, audits, and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee Accounts Payable (A/P), payroll, and general accounting
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Collaborate with the CFO on capital expenditures and financial strategy
- Serve as a key liaison for external auditors
