Position Overview
As the PIM & Digital Asset Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. This role is crucial for overseeing the implementation and optimization of these platforms to improve productivity and streamline content management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the onboarding of a new PIM / DAM platform, serving as the primary liaison with vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
- Manage the ingestion, curation, and maintenance of product content within the PIM and DAM systems, ensuring accurate metadata and efficient asset distribution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet distributor and retailer requirements, deploying product data and assets across various channels, including major online marketplaces.
- Identify and address organizational pain points through strategic enhancements of the PIM and DAM systems.
- Facilitate problem resolution in collaboration with IT and vendors, ensuring timely and effective responses to system issues.
