- Manage general administrative tasks such as document management, client files, and record-keeping to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Resolve client issues promptly, including address changes, deposits and withdrawals, account openings, and assisting clients with online access to their accounts.
- Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate client information is recorded and easily accessible.
- Support firm projects and workflows by maintaining software and internal processes, promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Protect client confidentiality by handling personal and financial information securely and in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide superior customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client service and financial services, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Polished, confident, and professional demeanor, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
