This HR position plays a crucial role in supporting the success of our manufacturing facility. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management.

Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, empathy, and respect among employees.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll software.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience in union and non-union environments is a plus.
