About the Role : This is a high-impact opportunity based at our corporate headquarters, where you will shape the brand narrative, drive audience engagement, and manage a talented team of marketing professionals. You will develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, oversee digital content strategies, and execute trade show and promotional activities to enhance market positioning.

nSalary : $1150,00 - $130,000
Key Responsibilities :

Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials, including corporate literature, press releases, videos, and advertising.
n\t\n\t
Manage and enhance social media presence and corporate website updates to drive engagement and lead generation.
n\t\n\t
Lead marketing campaigns for custom, technical, and manufactured products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
n\t\n\t
Coordinate and execute high-impact trade shows, promotional events, and digital marketing initiatives.
n\t\n\t
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify promotional opportunities and develop strategic marketing solutions.
n\t\n\t
Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, including designers, photographers, and marketing consultants.
n\t\n\t
Monitor and analyze marketing program performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
n\t\n\t
Act as the final editor for technical papers and corporate communications, ensuring brand alignment and professional presentation.
n\t\n\t
Lead and develop a team of three direct reports : Senior Technical Writer, Technical Writer, and Marketing Communications Specialist.
n\t\n
Qualifications & Skills :
n\n \n\t
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
n\t\n\t
5 years of experience in marketing, electronic publishing, advertising, and promotional activities.
n\t\n\t
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
n\t\n\t
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, video production, and digital marketing tools.
n\t\n\t
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
n\t\n\t
Experience in managing marketing teams and working cross-functionally within an organization.
n\t\n\t
Willingness to travel as required.
n\t\n
