Nurse Supervisor RN – Long-Term Care
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Hours : 3 PM to 11 PM; may require some weekends as needed
Pay Rate : $50 to 55 / hour (Direct Hire)

About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor RN to oversee and support nursing staff in our long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise nursing staff and direct care activities for residents.
- Implement federal, state, and accreditation regulations in the long-term care facility.
- Perform rounds twice per shift and manage emergency situations as needed.
- Support nursing staff in planning and implementing resident care programs.
