Position : Trading Operation Specialist
Location : Fort Worth, Texas
Employment Type : Full-Time, In-Office (5 Days a Week)
Compensation : $65,000 – $75,000 annually Bonus Opportunities
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Account Services Lead to join our dynamic wealth management team. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring efficient portfolio management, exceptional client service, and smooth operational processes. You will work closely with financial advisors, maintain client portfolios, and uphold compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Trading & Portfolio Maintenance :
Execute account-level and model-level trades accurately and promptly.
Schedule and coordinate portfolio review calls with advisors and third-party experts.
Provide regular updates to advisors following the established 3-7-10 cadence.
Manage Non-Qualified accounts by monitoring gain / loss thresholds and generating necessary reports.
Maintain detailed notes, action items, and status updates in Redtail CRM.
Serve as the Advanced Planning Topic Expert and office liaison.
Qualifications
FINRA Series 7 (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
2 years in wealth management, financial services, or a related area
Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Redtail, and financial planning tools
