- Establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as required.
- Provide swift, precise, and amicable client assistance. This encompasses responding to queries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy alterations, transfers, claim filings, and billing explanations.
- Maintain a robust work ethic and a dedication to achieving success daily.
- Spot and cultivate sales prospects with both current and potential clients.
- Employ a client-focused, needs-oriented review procedure to enlighten customers about insurance alternatives.
Requirements
- Preferred but not mandatory: State of CO: Property & Casualty, Life, and Health
- Prior experience in insurance is a plus, but not a necessity.
- Must be people-centric.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a positive attitude and belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in peoples lives.
