We are seeking a financial planner with the CFP® designation, focused on servicing our existing clients. The ideal candidate is detailed-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- CFP® certification required.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
- Must be able to lead client meetings without assistance and have strong communication skills and writing ability.
Role Expectations & Responsibilities
- You will be assigned approximately 125 clients as the primary advisor.
- You will lead meeting preparation, delivery, and meeting follow-up without assistance.
- You will follow-up meetings with a meeting summary, including items discussed and next steps. Additionally, you will follow-up with clients by phone and email on any outstanding tasks.
- You will have flexibility to service your clients as you would like so long as the firm process and philosophy is followed.
- No sales expectations. The focus of this role is 100% client service.
- No management responsibilities.
Pay and Benefits
- $100k salary $12k profit share bonus
