Molak Corporation owns and operates some of the most iconic brands in Texas, including the legendary Gruene Hall, Gristmill River Restaurant & Bar, Cantina del Rio, Mozie’s, Cotton Eyed Joe’s, The Company Store, and The Grapevine in New Braunfels. In San Antonio, we manage Josephine Street and Down on Grayson. We also produce signature events like the Gruene Music and Wine Festival and Holidays in Gruene.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance on company equipment (e.g., changing air filters).
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed (e.g., HVAC systems or small machinery).
- Make minor repairs to facilities (e.g., window repairs, patching floors).
- Set up and break down tents, tables, or chairs for company events.
- Rebuild and repair wooden tables and complete other odd jobs.
- Maintain cleanliness of Gruene Hall and the town parking lot daily.
- Keep tools clean and in good working order.

What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience in routine maintenance: At least 1-2 years of experience performing routine maintenance on equipment, such as changing air filters, or in a similar handyman role.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills: Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including HVAC systems or small machinery.
- Facility maintenance: Familiarity with making minor repairs to facilities, such as window repairs or patching floors.
- Event setup skills: Experience in setting up and breaking down event equipment like tents, tables, and chairs.
- Carpentry skills: Ability to rebuild and repair wooden furniture, such as tables, and complete other general handyman tasks.
- Commitment to cleanliness: Ability to maintain daily cleanliness of facilities, including outdoor areas like parking lots.
- Tool maintenance: Understanding of how to properly use, clean, and maintain tools and equipment.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early hours.
- Consistent and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, squatting, climbing, and walking.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. (with assistance for anything over 50 lbs.).
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Comfortable operating equipment like pressure washers, large vacuums, and power tools.
- Standard working hours: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
