Sales Consultant
We are looking for a talented sales consultant to join, and grow with, our company. Our ideal candidate should be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, have a strong sales background and be willing to invest time and energy into growing with us. You will collaborate with the leaders and the owners of the company for your own personal growth and on weekly sales objectives.
Responsibilities
· Learn the products and services offered, including the sales/medical/legal terminology and methodology
· Meet sales and growth goals
· Collaborate with the team on process improvement and strategies for a better client experience
· Ensure management is up-to-date on all deal progressions
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales consultant
- In-depth knowledge of sales process, client relation best practices and organizational techniques
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Ability to gather and interpret data Analytical and effective communication abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new software and navigate current technologies
Specifics
- Monday – Friday, 9 am till 5 pm
- Daily paid hour lunch break, vacation time after one year

This position is primarily responsible for generating sales and creating a solid foundation of understanding for the whole process and company. This position is expected to grow in responsibility and compensation in tandem with the growth of the company. There will be a 2-3 week training period . Those that perform with excellence will have no shortage of opportunities as we grow.
