Molded Dimensions Group is a leader in custom molding solutions, providing high-quality, precision-engineered parts to a variety of industries. We are seeking skilled and reliable Molding Machine Operators to join team in our Rubber division. The successful candidate will operate and maintain a molding machine, ensuring the production of high-quality molded parts in a safe and efficient manner. 1st shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm (Monday – Friday)
2nd shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
3rd shift: 9:00pm - 5:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate an injection molding machine according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions, ensuring parts meet quality specifications.
- Position and secure inserts and load rubber into machine.
- Remove finished products from machine using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment.
- Perform finishing work on molded product, including manual clipping, trimming, sorting and assembly of parts produced.
- Conduct quality checks on parts and complete documentation as required.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet production targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a molding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Above all, be dependable!
