At Molekule’s manufacturing site in Lakeland, FL, you will work closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, picking and packing products, and preparing shipments for delivery.

The Fulfillment Specialist will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Process orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
• Pick and pack products according to customer specifications.
• Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and packaging.
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time and complete.
• Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth order processing.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area to meet good manufacturing practice guidelines.
• Comply with all safety standards at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of demonstrated work experience with order fulfillment, inventory movements and warehousing.
• Experience with computerized warehouse management systems (scanners, labelers, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to follow GMP guidelines and specific work instructions.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess basic computer skills and be familiar with MS Office/G Suite docs.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment/devices up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• May be required to support/work in other functional areas with proper training based on business needs.
