Moleskine is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Assistant Store Manager to help bring our iconic brand to life! In this role, you'll work closely with the Cluster Manager to analyze business trends, drive sales, and ensure a memorable shopping experience for our customers in our Time Warner, Grand Central, and Moynihan stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Profitability: Oversee store operations, including sales, KPIs, merchandising, replenishment, and visual displays to maximize revenue and maintain profitability.
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed performance goals.
- Set the Vision: Help define and implement store goals, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision.
- Develop Talent: Coach and support associates in achieving sales and service targets, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure the store is always visually appealing, organized, and stocked to meet the needs of our customers.
- Drive Sales Through Training: Equip your team with product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales strategies that translate to success on the floor.
- Manage Operations: Assist with recruitment, staff schedules, inventory control, and overseeing daily operational tasks, including point-of-sale systems and financial reports.
- Communicate with Impact: Foster clear, effective communication with both your team and customers, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.
