Molinari Pools is searching for a Repair Technician to join our team. We desire to hire a professional who is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment in a manner that demonstrates company values and service standards.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Promote company values and customer care through contributing to the team-based environment and participating in company and team meetings.
- Communicate professionally with clients in order to establish trust and ensure retention, and update clients on the status of their pool, spa or pool / spa combination as needed and discuss their needs in a manner that delivers friendly and superior customer service.
- Operate company vehicles safely, in accordance with traffic laws and complying with all safety procedures.
- Diagnose, repair and install new pool equipment as assigned through work orders.
- Carry equipment, supplies and materials from the service truck to the equipment pad.
