Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Assemble and install new appliances as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Previous experience as a service technician or in customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate as a delivery driver when necessary for transporting appliances or parts.
