The Headlines
This position reports to the Procurement Director – Co-Man and is based in Milwaukee, WI office. The role will be the owner MCBC's upstream (pre-deal) valuation of Total Procured Financial Value tied to Non Alc integrations and dedicated contact for VP-Strategy on merger and acquisition opportunities. Both pre and post deal, identifies as Procurement's face of Non Alc integration as a partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, IT and Finance. Illustrates the opportunities and drives to REALIZE Procurement's overall Beyond Beer ambitions. Role maps initial sourcing, category considerations and execution transition strategies for goods/services often entirely new to MCBC.
This individual’s contribution is key to impact significant spend and/or the ability to meet MCBC's strategic goal of 10% of NSR to come from Non Alc products. This overall Procurement sage, "Quarterback" and face of Non Alc integration for the department enables increased deal making at more accurate valuations AND the role ensures follow through to achieve optimization shortly after the announcement for these future brands.

The Responsibilities
- Develop procurement strategy for Non Alc opps (often new to MCBC goods/services), readiness.
- Factor new category/supplier dynamics to map approach to ensure post deal service continuity.
- Owns TPFV estimates used in deal making and creates performance tracking / accountability
- Prioritizes post deal gap closure actions as Procurement's lead outside existing routines (e.g. AOP)
- Influence Commercial, Fin, Supply Chain to provide key inputs while operating w/ NDA discretion.
- Serve on Non Alc Enterprise Board as procurement lead to own, relay Innovation, Integration info
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in Procurement
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience building a category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills
- Leadership on transformative projects to influence many contributors working on periphery, or non employees
- Contracting acumen across multiple categories of Procurement
- Acumen to grasp and relay high level technical elements of onboarding a new supplier.
- Prospecting skills and supplier relationship management within the confines of non-disclosure agreements.
- Financial understanding of M&A deal structures, P&L impacts, Business Case development and ROI tracking.
