The Headlines :
In the role of Associate Marketing Manager – Non-Alc Brands, you’ll build some of the most iconic brands, shaping culture and changing the way consumers enjoy beverages. You’ll get to operate as a business owner, effectively blending the art & science of marketing–all while having over 300 years of brewing heritage behind you. To help you do this and grow your career, you will participate in the Associate Marketing Manager Rotational program that focuses on building breadth of marketing experiences in a holistic way.
In this specific role, you will be an Associate Marketing Manager on designated brand in which you will be responsible for executing key programs that bring refreshment to consumers, make more people want to hang out with us and drive the brand’s growth into the future.
The Responsibilities :
Marketing Communications & Creativity
o Responsible for developing and executing through-the-line marketing programs and advertising campaigns
o Manage the creative development process with internal stakeholders and external agencies
o Collaborate with marketing cross-functionals - including Media, Shopper, Precision Marketing & Data – to craft effective campaigns and analyze performance
o Liaise with Field Marketing and key regional sales stakeholders to drive retail performance in key markets
o Liaise with external stakeholders involving parent brand teams (e.g. AUS NAKED LIFE team)
Brand Strategy & Consumer Understanding
o Assist in the development of brand strategy and marketing plans, including inputs for annual planning process
o Collaborate with Insights team to build brand foundations, analyze brand performance, creative and consumer performance and discover opportunities in the NAAB category.
o Work with Innovation and R&D to develop LTO or DTC only offerings, including packaging, when applicable
Business Management & Commercial Fluency
o Responsible for using various internal and external business and retail analytics tools to analyze business performance and develop impactful insights, including monthly business performance reports
o Manage brand budget, including PO and invoice processing as well as tracking and forecasting
o Work with Finance to maintain accuracy of budget and expenditures to meet financial expectations
o Collaborate with new NA Activation team to create product sell stories, retail tools, and other NAAB tactics available for NA brands. Work closely with activation team on go-to-market approaches and capabilities that differ from the alc tactics.
Who We’re Looking For :
- 3-5 years of Brand Marketing experience
- An effective leader who possesses problem-solving abilities, exceptional project management skills, and can move with pace with bold and decisive behaviors.
- A accountable team member that has strong bias for action, resilience and high level or learning agility
- Demonstrates ability to manage a lot of NEW complexities - new RTMs, category differences, new sales org, and flexibility to pivot quickly given new learnings.
- A strong strategic thinker who understands both the big picture and how to execute effectively
- A natural communicator who clearly and persuasively connects with any audience and has high professional maturity to comes across as credible with MC and external leadership teams.
- An intellectually curious and creative thinker who has a passion for brand building
- Demonstrated experience in relevant field, including marketing, advertising, business management, etc.
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, or alcohol is preferred
- And most importantly, someone you’d want to have a beverage with
