The Headlines
In the role of President – Atwater Brewery working in Detroit, Michigan, you will oversee full Atwater operation including main brewery, 3 brewpubs, commercial organization and support team
This position will Build the Atwater strategy to ensure long-term, profitable growth of both the Atwater brand and Atwater business
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual financial goals: volume, NSR and EBITDA
- Actively participate as key member of Tenth and Blake leadership team
- Ensure consistent, quality supply across both Atwater and 10th street breweries focused on strong S&OP protocols
- Act as the face and voice of the Atwater business internally, with distributors and retailers and in the community at large.
- Develop strong relationships with Molsoncoors sales leaders, distributors and retailers to drive share of mind
- Ensure proper alignment on strategy, goals, plans and routines with RVPs , NAVPs and GMs
- Work closely with Tenth and Blake sales and marketing teams to develop and execute long-term and annual operating plan.
- Work with chain leaders to deliver distribution and velocity driving plans within national and regional chains
- Ensure a positive, thriving and learning culture that values diversity and inclusion
- Champion performance management, talent management, people development and talent acquisition processes
- Partner with L&D to ensure a plan to build capability across Tenth and Blake and our regional craft breweries is in place
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- bachelors’ degree, or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of broad commercial experience
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience
- Experience in brewery and/or brewpub setting is a plus
- Experience managing multi-site teams
- Inspiring leader who is strong, clear and communicates effectively
- Ability to partner with and influence across all levels of the organization
- Champion performance management, talent management and talent acquisition processes
- Serves as visible change agent and transformational leader
