The Headlines :
In the role of Sr. Distributor Sales Executive - Non-Alc working in Irvine, CA, you will be part of the Pacific Region Sales Team. You will be accountable for the non-alc strategic plan within your management unit and with all Molson Coors Beverage Company distributors within the territory.
This position reports to General Manager - Sales and develops the non-alc category, sales acumen of the management unit sales team, and the success of the non-alc business including budget and P&L responsibilities.
The Responsibilities :
- Direct distributor relationship, execution, and performance management of the non-alc portfolio in close collaboration with other Distributor Sales Executives in the management unit
- Act as the primary contact for non-alc portfolio for distributor and all cross-functional sales team members
- Provide expertise and communication / leadership on our portfolio management strategies, brand priorities and program, sales strategies, go-to-market pricing strategies, and chain selling / execution
- Accountable for volume, profit, and share performance for non-alc portfolio within assigned management unit
- Develop and create alignment to the distributor annual plan, strategic, and tactical plans within the management unit
- Understand and act on brand programming and communication to distributors and Distributor Sales Executive
- Be accountable for the analysis, segmentation and development of target account list as well as owns the implementation of the strategy within within the management unit
- Complete in-market work with schedule to evaluate effectiveness of plan implementation as well as in identifying retail volume / profit opportunities
