The Headlines :

In the role of Supply Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Canada Customer Supply Chain Organization. You will contribute to the supply planning processes and supply chain optimization for Molson Coors. This role adds value creation through design and optimization of the Molson Coors supply network, from supplier through customer. Finally, you will contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans.

This position reports to Process Lead, Supply Planning and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, assigned brewery, Commercial Operations, Forecasting, Demand Planning, and external partners.

The Responsibilities :

Contributes and ensures execution of the detailed Canada Supply plan to support the S&OP process
Assists in the creation and management of timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth
Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Integrated Supply Chain
Compile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes
Identify sourcing and capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations
Management of finished goods with shelf life standards to maximize order fulfillment and minimize loss
