To ensure continued success in the beverage space, Molson Coors has built a dedicated eCommerce practice – tasked with delivering our eCommerce strategy to drive growth in the market. Internship Description:
The MCBC internship program is a 10-12 week summer program between June and August held in our Corporate HQ in Chicago IL. An eCommerce internship at MCBC is an opportunity to solve critical business problems and contribute meaningful value to our organization. While you will gain exposure to various aspects of the eCommerce business such B2B, B2C and marketing, the highlight of your internship will be a specific project for which you will present at the conclusion of your internship to MCBC cross functional leadership. Your day to day and project will mirror the work processes of our team. While you will have significant autonomy to drive your project deliverables, you will have the full support and guidance of your manager and larger organization.
What You Can Expect:
- An eCommerce project focused in one of the following areas: B2B eCommerce Strategy Execution, 2021 Omnichannel Innovation Plan Development, Omnichannel Customer Planning and Content & Merchandising Management Framework (Retail and B2B)
- Own analysis of eCommerce business performance and share insights for action
- To collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute content
- Collaborative team structure
- Understanding of the beer business
- Exposure to MCBC senior leadership
- Immersive portfolio grounding

Qualifications:
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain
- Passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing
