The Headlines:
In the role of People Development Manager - Supply Chain working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North American People Development team and you will work in partnership with SMES, learning and development communities and manufacturing plant learning and development teams to implement learning solutions that support our enterprise wide Supply Chain and enable our goal of becoming a World Class Supply Chain progression and deliver business results.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of complex development programs
- Monitor effectiveness ad make continuous improvements to maximize learner and business impact
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to embed Supply Chain people development capabilities into the business
- Project manager for new initiatives and innovations in Supply Chain people development
- Executes against learning delivery strategies and standards to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related curriculum
- You have at least 5 years of progressive HR and/or Supply Chain experience
- You have prior experience working in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations environment
- Experience developing learning solutions and programs
- Models an enterprise mindset
- Experience working within a matrix environment
- Demonstrates effective influence & collaboration without formal authority
- Thinks critically and creatively on ways to meet business needs and deliver with impact
- Effectively collaborates with others
- Acts with urgency
