The single most important priority of the server is to provide every BMBC guest with world-class customer service, every time they visit the brewery. They are to provide prompt and courteous service to meet customer demands, and demonstrate strong knowledge of Blue Moon beers, brand and food menu. The bartender and server place customer needs ahead of their own, at all times, and continuously works to improve the overall guest experience.
