Selling & In-market Execution * Responsible for market wide retail selling of the entire T&B brand portfolio * Accountable for core retail selling efforts. o Conduct Distributor Supervisors/Sales Team Ride-withs o Form Deep selling relationships in key accounts o Lead, organize and execute retail activities aligned to MBO and strategic initiative priorities each month o Consistently prospect distribution opportunities in new accounts based on right pack/right brand/right outlet segmentation principles o Execute retail sampling events * Sell Tenth and Blake retail execution standards (shelf, display, draft, pricing) * Lead/mange seasonal/innovation forecasting
process with assigned distributors * Sell and execute T&B MBOs * Support major national/regional T&B chain programming o Sell/Track/Gap Close * Lead selling execution of new product introductions (Create brands) * Identify, organize and execute appropriate local beer dinners, fairs and festivals
