The Kettle Tender is an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Tasks:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular temperature checks and flavor inspections to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, basic math skills and reading comprehension necessary.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and work in varying temperatures (20-70 degrees).
- Must pass post-offer drug screen and background check, demonstrating strong service orientation and teamwork skills.

- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, exposed to heat, noise and physical demands of the job.
