Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, as well as performing facilities maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant machine maintenance experience
- Experience working with gas fired equipment and electrical systems (480V, 3 PH)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
