Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing regular inspection tests on equipment and materials.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform cooler audits and document findings
- Conduct inbound receiving and outbound shipping inspections
- Audit gel packs to ensure proper seals and target weights
- Maintain sanitation and GMP requirements in the facility
- Monitor and document room temperatures as assigned by management
- Responsible for general cleaning tasks as needed
- Able to accurately complete all required documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in food manufacturing
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
