Job Summary
The Sales Activation Assistant Manager provides high-level account service to business partners and end users, fostering integrated partnerships with customers. This role supports account activation, operational management, and cross-functional project coordination to drive successful customer engagements and project outcomes.

Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes Other Duties As Required)
- Provide a high level of account service to business partners and end users to build an integrated partnership with customers.
- Assist with account activation by preparing scope of work and resource requirements, predicting resources and fulfillment needs, creating timing and action plans, establishing milestones, and adhering to deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed, measure project performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support ongoing account operational management tasks, including assortment planning, new product development, private label branding, style setup, demand planning, order management, custom packaging, fulfillment, kitting, inventory management, and online store setup.
- Assist with customer communications and coordinate with internal teams on key projects related to customer accounts, including hosting and managing cross-functional project calls, and communicating with executives or the board to ensure project alignment with goals.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, manage cross-functional teams effectively, and maintain a deep understanding of customer assignments.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of business experience managing projects through a full life cycle.
- Must be able to work effectively with customers.
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, flexible, and capable of driving consensus and balancing priorities effectively.
- Experience with apparel manufacturing and distribution is beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management software tools such as Confluence, methodologies, and best practices is beneficial.

- Ability to stand and walk regularly.
- Occasionally, be able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 40 lbs.
- Frequent head and neck rotation.
- Frequent handling, grasping, and writing as needed for daily tasks at a standard computer workstation.
- Ability to constantly use a computer keyboard/mouse/monitor to enter data (repetitively).
- Ability to endure occasional movement bending, stooping, and reaching above shoulder level as needed for daily tasks.
- Occasionally climb stairs to multi-level work site.
