We’re currently a team of five, looking to hire a solutions engineer to onboard and retain the customers using our platform. You’ll work on a variety of customer issues, and this role will likely entail a combination of customer success, implementations, as well as customer support, with opportunities to change focus as the organization grows. As a founding solutions engineer at Momentic, you will
- Engage with our customers during onboarding, understand any implementation blockers, and stop churn before it happens.
- Answer customer questions and triage issues for engineering.
- Be the voice of the customer by capturing, documenting, and championing new customer requirements and feature requests.
- Write our customer-facing documentation and help guides.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers.
- Be able to immerse yourself in unfamiliar topics and understand complex technical concepts to make informed decisions.
- Possess technical skills such as using APIs, and ideally basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL.
- Have a high sense of agency and accountability and can prioritize your work without much outside input.
- Be based in San Francisco and able to work regularly from our SoMa office.
- Have great written and verbal communication.
- Be interested in AI and software testing tools.
- Experience onboarding customers onto CI, testing, or other developer tools.
- A background in computer science or software engineering.
