Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in performance marketing and e-commerce to help grow our DTC business. This person will lead paid media efforts across Meta, Google, and other growth platforms while overseeing the performance, functionality, and optimization of our Shopify storefront.
This is a strategic and executional role—perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to be hands-on across all things growth.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Growth:
- Manage and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Own day-to-day performance marketing execution, testing, reporting, and budget pacing
- Collaborate with our creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative
- Analyze performance data and use insights to drive continuous improvement across channels
- Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
E-commerce & Site Optimization:
- Own the Shopify Plus storefront from a performance and user experience perspective
- Manage QA, troubleshoot site issues, and coordinate updates with our web team
- Optimize product pages, collections, landing pages, and other conversion-critical touchpoints
- Collaborate with our design, creative, and content teams to ensure the site aligns with brand strategy and growth goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with brand, creative, and ops teams to align marketing strategy with inventory, launches, and broader brand initiatives
- Report on KPIs regularly and provide insights that drive strategy across marketing, retention, and site experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid social best practices
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify Plus
- Analytical and results-driven with strong Excel or analytics platform proficiency
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Bonus
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, or landing page builders like Replo
- Adobe Suite/Figma or Canva experience
