- Spiritual Development: Fostering a culture of worship within the church by encouraging personal reflection, spiritual growth, and authentic expression of faith through music.
- Special Events: Leading worship for special events like Christmas, Easter, and other church celebrations.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing the worship ministry budget, including music purchases, equipment maintenance, and related expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Spiritual Maturity: A deep personal faith and understanding of the importance of worship in the Christian life.

Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Passion: We are seeking someone with a contagious passion to see people connect in worship with God!
- Creativity: Thinking outside the box is a HUGE plus for us! Momentum Church is flexible and adaptable and willing to try new things! We're only 10 years old, so we don't really have traditions and/or a traditional mindset.

- Growth Minded: We would love to have someone who wants to grow with us and eventually be full-time. We have a BIG vision!
