Key Responsibilities Include:
- Engage in work that aligns with our mission to help individuals with disabilities achieve their potential
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and professionals
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality for scheduled meetings, training, and supervision
- Maintain professionalism and strong boundaries with families
- Ensure confidentiality of client and agency information
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans
- Train and provide guidance to DSPs in managing activities per the Service Plan
- Maintain accurate client records and update, analyze, and revise treatment plans as needed
- Supervise DSPs and promote continuity of care in meetings
- Complete clinical notes, progress reports, and submit billing in a timely manner
- Stay informed on billing procedures and relevant codes

Requirements
- Licensed healthcare professional in Rhode Island eligible for Clinical Supervision (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, RN with Master's, Psychologist, or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Minimum of two years' experience working with children with special healthcare needs
- Must have passed a BCI and CANTs check
- Possess or be willing to obtain an NPI and CAQH certification
Salary : $50,000
