Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret blueprints and written specifications
- Develop and implement programs using machine tool math
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed
- Perform routine preventative maintenance procedures
- Conduct quality control checks using specialized tools
- Familiarize yourself with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Adhere to Company code of conduct, safety, and procedural rules
Preferred Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
