We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain permits, and reports.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and subcontractors when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software (e.g., Workiz ) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
