Position Overview
Momentum Ventures Holdings is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support us in achieving our ambitious goals. This role requires a dynamic professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Executive's day-to-day activities while contributing to MVH’s broader mission of purpose-driven investments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, prioritize appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling correspondence, email management, and document preparation.
- Support Executive with all ventures ranging from philanthropic giving, non-profit coordination, and serving as a personal assistant.
Project Management:
- Assist in tracking and coordinating key projects across multiple companies and interests
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
- Invoicing and bookkeeping skills a plus
Stakeholder Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings, ensuring clear communication and outcomes.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain organized systems for files, records, and reports to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
- Background in investment management, corporate or non-profit all welcomed
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work unsupervised
