Momentum Work, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Job Coach with our Harbor Crew in Santa Barbara, CA. As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members with disabilities in performing harbor maintenance tasks while helping them develop valuable job skills and independence.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of crew members with disabilities in performing harbor maintenance tasks.
- Provide job training, mentorship, and encouragement to help crew members succeed.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience working with persons with developmental and/or other disabilities in individual and/or group settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding persons served and other related information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
