Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the classroom, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote education and literacy.
- Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Support the individual needs of students, including those requiring special education and early intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance curriculum development and classroom management practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
