The Momofuku Goods Senior Project Manager will develop and implement tools and processes to improve Momofuku’s speed and efficiency to market with new products and other supply chain renovation projects. This role will be critical to Momofuku’s future success and growth, and an integral part of the cross functional teams working to achieve that growth.
Salary Band: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities:
PROCESSES AND TOOLS - DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Identify areas of opportunity within the cross functional organization to more effectively and efficiently manage projects through concept to production
- Areas of focus include: building project charters, running steering committee meetings, driving stage gate, conducting risk assessments, implementing change management, and conducting project post-mortem assessments
- Leading implementation of new processes, along with Operations leadership and other cross functional team leaders
- Modify new processes where needed to best fit the organizational needs
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Escalate and monitor cross functional workstreams from the point of project charter development through first production
- Work with the cross functional workstream leads to establish required workstreams and associated lead times
- Compile workstreams into an interconnected project schedule
- Analyze and track workstream status and identify areas of delays and/or risks requiring leadership escalation
- Manage the process of moving projects through a stage gate process
- Lead regular status update meetings with leadership, sharing project status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Actively manage all projects in categories such as new innovation launches, supply chain renovation, cost savings, packaging changes, and other strategic initiatives
- Partner with peers at contract manufacturers (where needed) to establish timelines that work both for Momofuku and our manufacturing partners
- Lead internal and external (where applicable) regular team meetings to track project status and compile updates from cross functional teams, escalating challenges appropriately
PROJECT PIPELINE BUILDING & RESOURCE ALLOCATION
- Partner with marketing to build a project pipeline, identifying possible launch/transition timings for all initiatives
- Actively manage all projects to achieve launch windows against the project pipeline
- Highlight resource and timing constraints to senior the cross functional teams and leadership, ensuring a high likelihood of success between company initiatives and available resources
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management for a Consumer Packaged Goods company
- Experience working with cross functional leadership, as well as individual contributors
- Ability to influence cross functional leadership using supporting data
- Previous examples of implementing structured processes within a growing organization
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to summarize complex situations to leadership, driving to the best decisions for the company
- Prior experience with project management software, team management tools, and/or quantified risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other relevant certifications
- Experience at both established and growing companies
- Experience interfacing with contract manufacturers and other strategic supply chain external partners
- Innate understanding of Momofuku internal processes and cross functional systems usage, and ability to quickly identify and implement improved processes
