ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, candidate prep for interviews, and scheduling interviews
- Documents all candidate activity in applicant tracking system and develops sourcing strategies
- Utilize a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques to source the best available talent
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going candidate relationship management
- Create sourcing plans
- Report on effective sourcing and recruiting trends and make recommendations based on data
- Create and execute candidate search campaigns using sourcing tools
- Successfully source passive & active candidates
- Conduct pre-screen interviews for potential employees
- Responsible for building talent pipelines across a variety of job types and skill levels
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in high volume recruiting (preferably Healthcare related or Staffing Agency)
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems a plus
- Experience with building relationships and recruitment marketing
- Experience w/ Office (excel), Google, Chrome including add-ons and extensions required
- Experience partnering effectively with hiring managers
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a Fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
