JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, responsible for complex repairs and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, and plumbing systems for the Health System in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, department policies, along with applicable codes and regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Three years of directly related experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification: At least one of the following trades are required for the position:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS Heavy Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 100 lbs.
