**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in the inpatient setting*
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the clinical team*
3. Ensure an appropriate continuum of care for patients*
4. Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes*
**Requirements:**
1. Completed approved Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy residency program in a specialty such as Family Medicine or Internal Medicine resulting in board eligibility to board certification*
2. Licensed as a physician to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia*
3. Active WV DEA certificate without restrictions*
4. Current BLS and ACLS required*
5. Credentialed and privileged as a member in good standing of the Medical Staff of Mon Health Medical Center*
