- Clinical Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to fill this role.
- This is a hospital-employed position.
- The physician will be responsible for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Inpatient service will be rotated weekly by 4 of the 5 physicians, ensuring a fair distribution of responsibilities.
- Call duties will be shared among the team members, with weekday call currently 1:4 and weeknight and weekend call at 1:5.
- Procedures will be scheduled efficiently using block scheduling.
- The group size consists of 2 MDs (ERCP/EUS proficient) and 3 APPs.
- ERCP proficiency is preferred but not required; ERCP proctoring is available for those interested in developing this skill.
- Opportunities for teaching and lecturing are also available.
- Our electronic medical record system is EPIC.
