Description
Position oversees and directs the functions of the Finance Department including Accounts Payable, Grants Management, Payroll & Cash Receipts; ensuring complete accrurate and timely financial and account records for the agency. Responsible for closing the agency’s financials for three corporations (MFS, MRFF, MCSC) and providing reports to the Chief Financial Officer within GAAP reporting guidelines.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting in Finance and Accounting
- Experience: Five year experience with GAAP compliance requirements
- Proven ability of effective Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision requirements and problem solve
- Proven efficiencies in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Office Suite products; Sage Intacct experience a definite plus
