Description
Monadnock Family Services is seeking an Administrator for our Adult Care Center located in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. The Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the Adult Care Center, including interpretation of the program to the public and referral agencies, marketing and public relations, budget development and management, participation in the recruitment and training of program staff, evaluation of staff performance and program, assuring compliance and safety of facility, and supply / equipment management. In addition, responsible for providing oversight of direct nursing services to participants, care coordination and management, and social services to participants.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and at least 2 years of experience working in health-related field;
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in NH, or a RN with multi-state compact license, with at least one year of experience working in a health related field;
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 2 years of experience working in a health related field; or
- An associate’s degree from an accredited institution plus 4 years of experience in a health related field
