Description:
Provides administrative and computer support to staff as it pertains to client data and requests. Performs receptionist work to include computerized scheduling of appointments and triaging phone calls. Provides all other office support functions necessary for the smooth operation of all MFS Services.
Requirements:- High school education or equivalent with a minimum of two or more years experience in an office setting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently or as a team, attention to detail and highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with the public, customers, staff, community providers in a professional manner.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
