Is the bulk isle your favorite? Do you have buying or vendor relation experience? If the answer is yes, we may have the right position for you! Our co-op currently has an opening for a Bulk Food Buyer for our busy customer focused Grocery department. In this role you will:
Assist the Grocery Manager to select, order, receive, price, and stock products for the Bulk Foods department. This job requires a lot of heavy lifting from and to overhead shelves -- 50 pounds average. Buying experience is a plus, organic product knowledge helpful, and organizational skills are required.
The purpose of this position is to replenish-order, receive, manage inventory, and stock sub-department items while meeting objectives for sales and customer service. The Replenishment Buyers, with assistance from Marketing and Merchandising, also organize and carry out product samplings. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Pay Range: Begins at $17.45 with additional compensation for experience
